No.... Because our Sing-Security Deposit which is paid to the Landlord in cash is almost identical to the traditional security deposit paid by the Tenant. Because Landlords are getting the same security based on the terms in their own tenancy agreement with additional free benefits like our professional move-in report, they have no reason to reject.
